He is dedicated to managing client properties with urgency and professionalism, always prioritizing optimal results and satisfaction. Pery is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional who plays a crucial role in our team. She is responsible for coordinating leases and payments, ensuring that all transactions are handled smoothly and efficiently. Pery also manages the listings of our available properties, keeping them up-to-date and accurately represented to attract potential tenants.
With a Master of e-Management from the prestigious Universitat Ramon Llull in Barcelona, Pery brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Her advanced education has equipped her with cutting-edge skills in digital management and strategic planning, which she applies to enhance our operations and client services. Pery’s fluency in Spanish further enhances her ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients, providing personalized and accessible service to Spanish-speaking individuals and families.
Her multilingual capabilities are a significant asset in our multicultural community, allowing us to better serve our clients’ needs. Ana is a highly skilled maintenance specialist with extensive expertise in maintenance coordination. She collaborates seamlessly with vendors, inspectors, HOAs, tenants, and property owners to ensure our properties are always in optimal operational condition. Ana holds an Engineering degree from the esteemed Institute of Technology of Sonora, which equips her with a strong technical foundation and problem-solving skills. Ana is known for her friendly and kind attitude, making her a pleasure to work with for both colleagues and clients.
Her dedication to maintaining high standards and her proactive approach to addressing maintenance issues ensure that our properties remain safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.
