From AI to Market Trends: Highlights from the 2026 NARPM Broker/Owner Conference

Tower Bridge Property Management is always looking for ways to improve, which is why we attend multiple conferences every year to stay current on technology, operational processes, industry trends, and the overall direction of the real estate market.

This video is a quick recap of our time at the 2026 NARPM Broker/Owner Conference & Expo in New Orleans, where property management professionals and industry leaders from across the country gathered to discuss the future of the industry and the challenges ahead.

One of the biggest themes throughout the conference was the rapid growth of AI and automation in property management. Sessions focused on how AI is already being used to improve leasing, maintenance coordination, communication workflows, fraud detection, and operational efficiency. Several speakers emphasized that companies willing to adapt to these tools early will have a major advantage moving forward, while still maintaining the human relationships that remain critical in property management.

Another major topic was the current state of the real estate market. Many speakers acknowledged that the industry is currently experiencing a down cycle, with slower market activity, affordability challenges, and continued economic uncertainty. However, the overall message was that strong systems, operational efficiency, and long-term relationship building will position companies to succeed as the market eventually shifts back into growth mode.

Along with highlights from keynote speakers and educational sessions, the video also includes a few lighter moments — including footage of Tom making a “field goal attempt” (using that term loosely) inside Caesars Superdome during the Party Gras event.

The video closes with some of the sights and sounds of Bourbon Street, featuring live music, street performers, and the unique energy that makes New Orleans such an unforgettable city.

We hope you enjoy the recap!
